So yeah ytd I woke up early to blog so much of
my wednesday were not blog
Actually went to school to study
Which eventually cant
Maybe cause my body is not used to it yet
As my night working shift must have taken
my body by surprise
As in my sudden shift from sleeping at 8am
to sleeping at 11pm or 12am
I have notice that I'm starting to sleep much eariler than
usual as i usually sleep after 12am plus
nearer to 1am, my body seems to get tired easily
But something happen yesterday
After i got my specs at Toa Payoh
(Toa Payoh seriously alot of apeks and uncles)
I went for training at macritchie resevoir
I did a 8km jog + 4km fast run
after that run i actually felt very much refresh
We actually put our bags inside Yew Aik car
Only for Coach to went to CCAB with his key
and when he reach CCAB only then he called back
after i called him
Well lucky for them i brought my hp for my training
or not we would have been stuck at Macritchie
bought Milo + Chicken Wing
Yeah long time never drink it
Yew aik drop me and vijay at Bukit panjang as he going to CCK
so we took 187 home
And also i manage to be awake at 6+
Usually i wake up and sleep back to wake up at 12pm
Oh yah i think it is better this way
As i notice i sleep much lesser
Usually is sleep at 1-2 and woke up at 5 so there is like 3-4 hours sleep
then i sleep again at 6 till 12 so there is 6 hours of sleep
so 6 + 3 or 4 = that will be 10 hours of sleep
more than the required 8
but i still feel tired
As for my new sleeping pattern
I notice that I sleep at 12 to 5 so that like 5 hours or more
then around 530 i sleep and awake up around 7 the lastest
So that like 1hr and 30mins
so that like 7 hours of sleep
plus my afternoon nap at 5 till 630
So that will be like
8hrs 30mins of sleep
roughly
So i have more time being spend doing something
then wasting my time sleeping
And i feel better than my previous
no wonder Coach have afternoon nap
If anyone were to play the sims
Actually take a "power nap"
is better than taking a sleep
I usually buy the most EX sofa after i got my savings up
and just take like 2-3 power naps
and it is near to 80-90% energy
and the time it took?
less than 2hrs
Compare to your normal sleeping of 5-7 hours
Depending on the bed of course
do not underestimate the power of NAPS
So yeah

I am currently finding a job
I have manage to find a job at NUS
not yet confirm
it is a the gym
The awesome thing is that
i can have my free time there to workout
As i have nothing much to do there also
I hope it is at the Bukit Timah Campus
Then my training is just beside CCAB
=D
and i will be able to earn some cash
Tomorrow I will be getting my pay
I'm not sure whether it will be in full or some to CPF
Well we will always hope for the full
and is it by cash or cheque
i hope is cash
Cause i want go comex and buy Hard disk
I'm really dying of getting one
cause i need it
My saturdays plans are very pack
12pm will be at COMEX
then i have to meet my ITE friends for breaking fast at 5-6pm
then meet my Secondary sch friends for midnite movie at 10+
watching haunted Changi ar
i wonder got seats or not
A day without you
