And so i went to school

Got training

As usual

Monday

Went to J.e

So we went to school with us only

then after that went to cwp to get ice cream

Then after that rush back to training

It rain when we were doing our 3 sets of 450m intervals

Then coach told us to do 800m

I SO MISS RUNNING THAT

then went home by bus
