Today is just a pain in the ass
Plus my legs were heavy
Went training today at mac reservoir
my legs were totally in stubborn mode
i have to like do extra effort in making my leg to move
Maybe there is another earthquake?
Cause the chile earthquake was so powerful
Even it change the time of the day
By shorting one whole day by a millisecond
It may not seems anything has change but it does effect our body

the girls were basically, in sick land

I did 8km fast + 4km jog with Aik
It was the most !@#$%^ training ever.
With my leg being stubborn, and add to my mind being very anti-training today
i didn't enjoy the whole run.
to make matters worse, around the 4km, i sprain my right ankle, by the side feet touching the ground. It is very disgusting yeah, but i manage to shake it off but after the run it still hurts
But the worse of all is my left calf muscles got pain
Pain is very different from aching
Aching is cause your muscle is growing and that is alrite
Pain is due to your veins kena hit then go zig zag, here and there, then got air la
so, it is more irritating
After prayers
went to have some study-outing with salam
we went to boat quay mac
it was actually a good place to hit out lappy and slack
with mac just downstairs
we can just fill our stomachs
Then at around 7 taufeeq came to meet us to company us go Suntec
Salam was going on about meeting his ex-girlfriend la at there
as usual we give our -.- face to him
he give more lame stuffs than me
We went to sakura to eat our dinner
actually wanted KFC but salam dun like to eat chicken
he is very picky which just make our dinner life so much more troublesome
then after that we went to suntec to explore.
Salam eventually said she working at marina square
We just wonder whether he just telling the truth
Always joking around
We got tired then went home by our separate ways.
They went by bus while i went by train and luckly manage to get a seat when the train arrived
Tomorrow comes the interview and i hope my leg is alright to walk after all those walking today
Pain is a barrier for better future
